I've been training with Qoni for over 4 years now.  I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness that I have if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions.   Qoni is focused on helping me achieve my fitness goals and makes every session challenging (and somehow fun).  My fitness has increased noticeably, and i've seen improvements in my ability to complete more difficult exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session.  Now, I look forward for my workout sessions.  Qoni is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession.  Would recommend him in a heartbeat having also met and trained with a couple of other trainers in the past.

Qoni trained me through 10 full marathons and helped me reach a personal best or 4:15.  He didn't just coach me on running-he taught me wen and how to fuel my body, both during marathon training and in the off-season.  When I faced injuries, he supported me through recovery with targeted strength training to prevent them from coming back.  His guidance on sustainable weight loss gave me lasting results and a flexible meal plan that actually worked fro my lifestyle.  he held me accountable, made sure I showed up, and kept me consistent with strength training.  With his help, I built lean muscle, lost fat, and got stronger overall. Qoni started out as my trainer, but over time, he became a friend, and now, he's family.
